Please note that delivery charges stated are to the UK Mainland only - export orders can be placed but delivery charges would be per order. Please contact us for further details.

Delivery Period

We will get your order to you within 7 days however we always strive to get it there sooner. If you require a guaranteed faster delivery, please contact us.

If after placing your order we are out of stock, we will contact you to advise the expected delivery date. At this point you will have the option to proceed with the order or to cancel and receive a full refund.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your item you can cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day on which it was received.

Please return the item with its original packing. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the order to Malthouse unless the item is faulty.
